Beta Testing Terms

RESULTANT // VECTOR · Review draft · 17 October 2026

REVIEW DRAFT — Not yet effective. Complete the publication checks before inviting testers or publishing this as the active policy.

Purpose and eligibility

These proposed terms cover invitation to test an unfinished R//V app. Proposed initial scope: adults aged 18 or over in the UK. Eligibility, territory and the legal operator must be confirmed before invitations. Operator: Resultant-Vector Ltd · [REGISTERED ADDRESS — TO BE VERIFIED]. Support: support@resultant-vector.com.

Costs and subscriptions

Proposed beta offer: testing is free, no payment card is required, and participation does not automatically start a paid subscription. Any later paid offer requires a separate clear choice. Confirm this against TestFlight, app and subscription settings before publication. Do not enter payment information to obtain access unless RV explains a separate offer you choose.

An unfinished service

Features may change, become unavailable or produce errors. AI assistance and integrations may be restricted or disabled. We will identify the supported devices and version in your invitation. Test builds can expire; access to a beta build is not a promise of permanent availability.

Your records and backups

Do not use the beta as the only copy of information you need. Updates, device loss, uninstalling or faults may affect local records. Account creation does not establish backup or sync. We will clearly identify available export and recovery controls; do not assume they exist. We will explain any planned reset or migration before asking you to proceed.

Health and AI limits

R//V supports personal tracking and organisation. It is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical advice. Do not change medication or treatment because of app or AI output. AI can misunderstand words and propose incorrect details. Review dates, units and commitments before accepting them. Only the confirmed user action should create or update your Project.

Permissions and privacy

Read the separate Beta Privacy Notice. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional AI or health-data processing. You choose supported permissions and can use the manual route. Keep login details and invitation access secure; do not share secret keys or another person’s information in feedback.

Testing and feedback

Use the app normally and report faults through [FEEDBACK ROUTE]. Include the app version, device and a description of what happened. Remove names, health readings and private information from screenshots unless specifically needed and you choose to share them. Do not send passwords, full Health exports or authentication codes. Feedback may be used to diagnose problems and improve R//V, but not as permission to publish your identity, testimonial or health information.

Leaving or ending beta

You can stop testing and withdraw optional permissions. Use the available deletion controls or contact support about personal information. Uninstalling is not a request to erase hosted accounts or provider logs. Before beta closure, RV will give the confirmed closure date, available export options and applicable retention or deletion timetable. Do not promise notice periods or export facilities until operationally confirmed.

Fair use and your rights

Do not interfere with other users, misuse access or attempt to access information that is not yours. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security or misuse. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not authorise undisclosed data collection or automatic enrolment in a paid service.

Changes and acceptance

Material changes will be explained before they apply, with a fresh choice where required. Final terms must identify the operator, applicable territory, effective date and covered builds. These draft terms are not currently an agreement for testers to accept.
